Apparently it was a minor incident. But in reality it has enormous significance. The Energy and Mineral Resources Division recently sent a letter to Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC). The content of the letter was that the Energy Division has convened a meeting to review the activities of the BERC. The BERC Chairman and two Members were asked to attend the meeting.
